Saying goodbye is the hard part.

Called to Serve

One day before his 19th birthday Blake recieves "the envelope" in the mail from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We had alot of family and friends over. Blake purchased a big world map and as everyone came in they had to guess where he would get his call. We called his siblings that couldnt make it on different cell phones and had them on the line as he read the letter from President Gordon B. Hinckley.

"Elder Andreasen you have been called to labor in the Sydney Australia North Mission"

Blake was quite excited because one of his buddies, Elder Warnock left a few months earlier for the Sydney Australia South Mission.

Blake got the best of both worlds, English speaking foreign mission, doesnt get any better than that. :)
